Indian Masala Chicken Rice Bowl with Jersey Girl Heat

Spicy Masala Chicken Rice Bowls

with Jersey Girl Indian Masala Hot Sauce

This isn’t your average curry-inspired sauce—it’s savory, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick. Jersey Girl Indian Masala Hot Sauce brings layers of warm spice from real Indian Masala, balanced with roasted vegetables and hand-picked peppers. The heat is mellow but meaningful—enough to wake up the dish without stealing the spotlight. Expect bold, earthy flavor that turns a simple bowl of rice and chicken into something worth obsessing over.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through (about 5–7 minutes per side). Let rest, then slice.

Build Your Bowl:
Start with a scoop of rice. Add sliced chicken, carrots, cucumbers, roasted chickpeas or cauliflower, and a soft-boiled egg if using.

Bring the Heat:
Drizzle generously with Jersey Girl Indian Masala Hot Sauce. Want extra creaminess? Add a spoonful of the optional Masala drizzle sauce.

Finish Strong:
Top with fresh herbs and serve warm. Prepare for compliments.
