JG Curry Bake with Tahini Sauce Recipe
Simple, Delicious and easy to make.
4 Sweet potatoes cut into quarters
1 head of cabbage thickly sliced
2 Red Onions
1 pack of Chicken Thighs sliced into cubes
1 pack of baby carrots
1 can garbanzo beans drained
4 tbs olive oil
3 tbs curry powder
6 cups of fresh spinach leaves
Salt and pepper to taste.
Tahini Sauce Ingredients
3 lemons juiced
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs Tahini
A few drops of JG Original Hot Sauce to taste
On a baking sheet lay out the sweet potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, chicken. coat with olive oil and sprinkle curry powder, JG rub.
Add garbanzo beans to separate area of baking sheet.
Season with salt and pepper and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until sweet potatoes and chicken is done.
Tahini Sauce recipe:
Blend Lemon juice, Tahini and garlic in a mixer or chopper. If too thick and a little olive oil. Add in JG Hot Sauce to taste for added heat.
Serve the bake over fresh spinach and garnish with Tahini sauce.
