Jersey Girl Egg Salad with a kick

This is an easy recipe and has a ton of flavor. I prefer it on toasted sourdough, but also delicious as a protein on a salad. Adding Jersey Girl Bee Sweet in the end gives it a bit of sweetness with a soft creeping heat that makes you feel like this is dessert versus lunch. 

Here is what you need. 

6 Hardboiled Eggs Chopped up

1 stalk celery - thinly diced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon dill (fresh chopped or dry)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Approx. 3 tablespoons of Mayo (we prefer Helman's or Sir Kensington's)

Jersey Girl Bee Sweet Hot Sauce

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add more mayo if too dry. 

Serve on toasted sourdough bread with butter of bibb lettuce and drizzle Jersey Girl Bee Sweet. Delicious.
